    Commitment:

     

    To implement, execute and then meet and exceed expectations of the Matheson Tri-Gas on-site service team’s operational responsibility of providing site services to the customer’s specialty gases/chemicals, gas/chemical delivery equipment and purification needs.

     

     

    Job Description:

     

    Tests and repair specialty gas/chemical delivery systems utilized by semiconductor production equipment.  Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.  May be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty.  Requires 0-2 years’ experience in the field or related area.  Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the semiconductor industry.  Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.  Works under immediate supervision.  Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.  Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities Include:

     

    • To demonstrate HPM, inert cylinder, and chemical drum change procedures on semiconductor delivery equipment.
    • To demonstrate a working knowledge of specialty gases/chemicals and their respective gas/chemical delivery systems and associated components.
    • To demonstrate working knowledge of daily site services operations on a customer site.
    • To work as a team member with other site service technicians with the common goal being the customer’s needs and continuous improvement.
    • To assure timely communication with all team members, including the customer, Site Manager and subordinates.
    • Preserve Matheson Tri-Gas’ high level of professionalism.
    • Demonstrate continuous self-improvement, engaging in specialized education and training and progressing to the next level.
    • Other duties as assigned.
