    The National Bulk Driver Recruiter is a critical role, ensuring that we attract and hire experienced Bulk Drivers to deliver our products, nationwide.  The National Bulk Driver Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening qualified Class A CDL Drivers to fill existing needs, as well as to establish a pipeline for sufficient, future Bulk Driver demands.

    Position Accountabilities: 

    • Conduct day-to-day Driver recruiting activities, follow recruiting processes and act as a resource on all points of the Driver recruitment cycle.


    • Creatively source and develop a pool of qualified Class A CDL Driver applicants through the use of traditional and non-traditional techniques including job postings, print and radio advertising, social media channels, cold-calling/direct sourcing, networking, obtaining referrals, job fairs, employment agencies, Internet searches, etc. 


    • Collaborate with hiring managers to fully understand their hiring needs and the specifications of their open Driver requisitions.


    • Successfully handle a high requisition load and maintain clear communication with both candidates and hiring managers.


    • Demonstrate unparalleled integrity and high energy while working under minimal supervision.


    • Provide a superior candidate experience throughout the hiring process.


    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Minimum 4-5 years of experience sourcing, recruiting and interviewing Driver’s at an agency or in a corporate environment.
    • Proven success in using creative and diverse sourcing techniques to produce a qualified candidate pool.
    • Familiarity with Class A CDL licensing and DOT regulations required.
    • Familiarity with Class B CDL is a plus!
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle a high requisition load and effective juggle multiple tasks is a must.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Bachelor's Degree in related field desired, but not required.
