Bulk Production Systems Coordinator


User management: General field support to create, change, and delete user accounts per request.

  • HR contact Lists: Departmental lists, IT global address book, iCIMs, etc
  • Document Control: Master Control, SharePoint
  • Production Reporting Tools: Ignition (MPDE, iMPaCt), PowerBI, etc
  • Administrative Tasks: Microsoft Office Suite
  • Accounting Tools: TIMS, OnBase, CR system
  • Safety Management: Pure Safety, safety stats
  • Logistics report coordination: Autoload, BGMS

Maintains / supports business systems workflows

  • Production factility utility service provider coordination
  • Accouting processes: Vender setup, accounts payable processing issues, CR coordination support, TIMs report requests, etc
  • Reporting processes:all departmental systems and dashboards.
  • Integration and management of procedures, local work instructions and forms into document control program (Master Control).
  • Departmental incident Investigation, corrective action, and reporting
  • Oversees departmental task lists by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.
  • Archiving critical design specifications, including plant drawings, operations manuals, and vendor process data into document control program.
  • Assisting with automation and integration goals for the Bulk Production Group.
  • Collaborating with the Remote Operations on implementation of data collection and analysis systems.
  • Assists ROC with establishing best practices for information reporting and project management.
